| Soda residue is the industrial waste,which is coming with the soda in theammonia-soda process.Fly ash and other raw materials are put into soda residue witha certain proportion mixing the mixture,which is called soda residue soil.Thedevelopment of soda ash producers were hindered seriously by the pollution and largeaccumulation of soda residue.Therefore,the control and utilization of soda residue hasbecome an imminent problem.In this paper,through the technical means of indoor testcombining with field test and the way of hydraulic fill,soda residue and fly ash mixedfor preparing the engineering soil,engineering filling play a purpose of large numberof soda residue was used.This paper mainly introduces the research situation,generation process,physicaland chemical properties and microstructure of soda residue,and analyzed fly ashimproving the strength mechanism on soda residue.In this paper,through the indoor test,the optimal ratio of soda residue and fly ashmixture is decided,mainly do the physical indexes test,compaction test,compressiontest,shear strength test,unconfined compression test,permeability test and indoorsimulate the deposition uniformity of mixed slurry of the optimal ratio of soda residuesoil,by which the possibility of soda residue soil as engineering soil wasdetermined,and get various parameters when soda residue soil as back filling.The results of study on the indoor test show that soda residue soil can be used ascommon soil.Select the optimal ratio conduct field hydraulic fill test,after leakage anddrying then test the compactness,bearing capacity and uniformity,the results show thatsoda residue soil can meet the general requirements of the engineering.In this paper,the technological process of field hydraulic fill and laterstrength,compactness and uniformity were systematically studied,which recommendsa simple and practical method of filling,improves the resource utilization of sodaresidue,reduces the pollution of the environment and promotes the development of local economy,fast and efficient.This paper has the following characteristics:(1) The new technology which is called hydraulic fill method is proposed tosolve the problem of soda residue.(2) Through indoor test, the proper proportion of soda residue soil is choosed, theproportion of soda and fly ash is7to3.(3) It’s simple and feasible to use cone penetration test to check the strengthcompactness and uniformity of hydraulic fill. |
