| The elderly and the disabled are special vulnerable groups, and their activities are restricted. In many spheres of life, they have to face many hardships and difficulties, which is hard to imagine in ordinary people. The emergence of intelligent electric wheelchair, which helps them to overcome disabilities and improve their quality of life in large part, was no doubt greatly facilitated their lives. With the continuous development of robot control technology, designers and users pay more and more attention to the intelligent wheelchair running stability, comfort and flexibility. How to improve wheelchair use comfort and safety, in order to make the intelligent wheelchair to adapt to various complex work environments, became a new topic which every intelligent wheelchair designers have to face.This topic has a background which is the Tianjin application of basic and cutting-edge research programs project:intelligent electric wheelchair embedded control system. In order to improve the wheelchair ride comfort, this design has completed the wireless monitoring system design of the intelligent wheelchair running state.In this paper, the motion parameters, which effect intelligent wheelchair running comfort, and the requirements of control movement were put forward, through examining many of the related domestic and foreign literature and referencing to Mechanical vibration and shock-evaluation of human exposure to whole-body vibration (ISO-2631) which is presented the international organization for standardization on vehicle comfort requirements. Through the Matlab/Simlink software, the motion parameters the system was simulated and emulated, using the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm.In this design, C8051F040was used for the wireless communication control chip. Through the CAN bus, it could receive intelligent wheelchair running state parameters, which TMS320F2812sent. And through the wireless module XL02232API, this information was also could send to the host computer.Kingview software was selected as the software development platform, which not only has achieved the display of intelligent wheelchair running parameters, alarm and real-time, historical curve, but also has to generate real-time report and link the database functions, which could convenient for statistics and analysis of the intelligent wheelchair running state. Thus, it could further guidance correction of intelligent wheelchair operation control parameters. |
