To solve the problems of energy and environment,the development of electric vehicle has become an inevitable trend in the world automotive industry.Motor drive system is one of the important components of electric vehicle,so the development of the motor control system has great significance for electric vehicle research and development.The switched reluctance motor(SRM)control is very flexible,but also has high reliability and a higher density of energy conversion,so the research and application of SRM is very important.In order to improve the efficiency of the system development,this paper bases on the model to research and develop the switched reluctance motor control system which used for an electric vehicle.Firstly,this paper introduces the research actuality,the system features and research direction of switched reluctance motor.Secondly,it introduces the basic structure,working principle and basic mathematical equations of SRM,and analyzes the ideal linear model of SRM.Meanwhile,the operating characteristics and control strategy of SRM are introduced.Thirdly,it builds the whole dynamic simulation model of SRM control system in Matlab/Simulink,and respectively simulates the mode by ordinary PI speed controller and fuzzy adaptive PID speed controller,results show that the second controller is better.Fourthly,it uses TI's DSP TMS320F28335 as the main control chip to design the hardware circuit of SRM control system,including the power converter circuit,controller minimum system circuit,position detection circuit,current sampling and processing circuit and over-current protection circuit.And designs system software based on the code generation model of the SRM control system,it shortens the product develop period.Finally,it makes tests of the drive system.The results of SRM real-time system experiment based on the dSPACE platform verify the control algorithm part is reliable.And the results of SRM drive system no-load and electric performance tests based on DSP,verify the effectiveness of the control strategy and the automatically generated code.This paper has certain reference value for the further research and development of SRM control system.
