| Under the circumstance of implementation of information technology in power grid, aiming at the knottiness of panoramic application, which is caused by the difficulty of gathering heterogeneous information from multi-source in power system, the theory of Service Oriented Architecture is introduced to power system. Because of the characteristics of SOA, such as loose coupling, standard interface, encapsulated logic, software development is made to be flexible and efficient. However, the implementation of SOA is a gradual procedure relying on the construction of service warehouse.In this paper, with condition assessment as the start point, the following work is done.Firstly, transformer is a kind of important and complex one among transmission and transformation equipment. At present, the determination method of index weight in most condition assessment techniques rely on the subjective experience of experts, attempting to change the situation, a method remapping statistical regularities based quantitative objective index weight to common used condition assessment structure. On this basis, fuzzy theory, the deterioration of variable weight, a type of improved evidence theory is combined to complete the whole process of condition assessment.Secondly, a new kind of service based architecture is designed and applied, with SOAP/WSDL and REST mixed and each other complemented. Method of data extraction from a variety of sources, key data format parse and realization of service-oriented architecture with mixed manners are discussed.At last, a validation platform is established to research and test the key technologies to be used, on which data integration application is encapsulated as REST service and other upper applications SOAP/WSDL services. The services are orchestrated on the enterprise service bus, thus completing the corresponding function.
