Research On Process Improvement Of Status Overhaul For The Power Transmission And Transformation Equipment

In recent years,the power has become an important and essential energy in our daily life and industrial production,in order to ensure the operation of the economic benefit of power system security and system advantages,namely,to ensure the safe operation of power transmission equipment,and on this basis can more effectively control the maintenance cost,the power supply companies in this area will optimize the research and application of condition based maintenance technology as an important innovation project,in order to overcome the flaws of fault maintenance,regular maintenance and other traditional maintenance technology,and to increase the number of users,the number and power demand of the enterprise so that condition maintenance on power transmission equipment and its process optimization gradually become the focus of research at this stage of the project.Firstly,the relevant problems about the subject at home and abroad,the main advantages of condition based maintenance in the maintenance of power transmission and transformation equipment are analyzed in detail in the dissertation,and as a starting point to explore the reasons of this problem,and further studies the equipment status information collection,management and its status evaluation process.The necessity and urgency of improving the equipment maintenance process are point out in the dissertation,at the same time,it summarizes the related problems exist in all aspects of the state maintenance process of power transmission and transformation equipment.Some improvement strategies are also put forward,such as equipment status information management,state evaluation method and state maintenance strategy,for improving the application of maintenance technology of equipment condition and improving maintenance efficiency and standardize the maintenance process it plays a certain reference role.Finally,a series of improvement strategies for condition based maintenance of power transmission and transformation equipment are summarized in this dissertation.Under the improvement strategy,condition based maintenance can improve the operation efficiency of equipment greatly and reduce the probability of events,to improve the efficiency of the transmission and transformation equipment operation.
