Power System Integration Of Information Technology Integration And Applications

With the development of information construction of electric utility, a lots of all-around and distributed application systems are built. These application systems are maybe built in different period, hardware and software of which maybe come from different manufactures, and theirs data and report form format are maybe not compatible. The design emphases of these systems always locate in providing perfect solution for some specifically problem, but it ignores the interface with other systems, so it is very difficult to realize the information sharing. The deployment of these systems, make enterprise run into the bemusement of "Information Isolated Island". Under this background, information conformity of electric utility is necessary.The problems existing in present information integration of power system are introduced in this paper and the solutions are then given. It gives emphasis to expatiate the common information model (CIM), which is the representative solution in information conformity field, and goes on the research at the view of technical application. Also this paper describes the current solutions of technology integration. At the last, the author designs a common information interaction platform and completes it successfully combined with the actual task, which is the validation to information conformity.
