The Evaluation Studies On The Landscape Resources In Shuimogou, Fukang, Sinkiang

As an important constituent part of Tianshan Mountain and Tianchi in5A nationa1scenic zone, Shuimogou Scenic Area are of abundant natural landscape resources and in a key position between vertical zonation in4000m of Tianchi scenic spot and the west ring line in Tianchi. Shuimogou Scenic Area located in the core are a of the Landscape belt, which is not only the extending and supplement of Tiansh an Tianchi Scenic Spots but the shining point of the movement of creating Fu kan g an excellent tourist city. In the context of overall planning of the Tianshan Tianc hi scenic area, this paper put the comprehensive evaluation of scenic area as the m ain research direction, which hopes the development and utilization of scenic spot i n the future can get some guidance and suggestions from the related data on Shui mogou scenic area, multiple field investigation and discussions combined with relate d subjects.This paper summarizes the research status and achievements of evaluation of land scape resources at domestic and foreign in recent years. Based on the shortage rese arch of present situation, landscape resources, tourism and environmental capacity of Shuimogou Scenic Area, taking advantage of new opportunities of development in the area, guided with the theory of landscape ecology, market management and sust ainable development, the method combining qualitative and quantitative was used to make an evaluation of landscape resources in Shuimogou Scenic Area. To begin with, among which, the filed research method was used to investigate and classify t he landscape resources, and then the questionnaire method was used in qualitative e valuation analysis and level of assessment, thus summarized the key landscape of S huimogou scenic area were Shuimogou, Yao Wang Dong, Hongshan Jinghu, old Yu shu and Moon Lake. Moreover, the quantitative evaluation was used to divide the Shuimogou scenic landscape into three exact aspects, landscape resource quality, env ironmental conditions, the development conditions. All21factor were regarded as e valuation content of AHP, and accepted the experts’separate evaluation resulting in a profound analyzes and discusses about the overall landscape condition. According to the present situation of scenic tour and the distribution of scenic sp ot, development targets and socio-economic development, the core competitiveness o f landscape resources and the most vigorous region in Shuimogou were refined. Fin ally, the Shuimogou scenic area is divided into five scenic units, namely Shuimo m oon landscape, Shuimo household landscape, Shuimo maintenance landscape, Shuim o mirror lake landscape and Shuimo water landscape. And evaluation results of eac h landscape were the standard to asses the separate spot listed above. The process of whole scenic landscape appreciation was determined by different features of wate r scenery, from the upstream water floodplain landscape to downstream water moon landscape, the whole style of water landscape is natural water, quiet water, healthy water, colorful water and active water in turn, with a process of from ups to dow ns both in landform and emotion.At present, the annual number of tourists is about100,000, which has far exceed ed scenary’s environmental capacity of493,000. This suggests that the scenic area development efforts were below the average, such as low vegetation cover, plenty o f barren hills and wasteland, a grave shortage of infrastructure and insufficient expr essing in cultural landscape, just to name a few. As to individual landscape unit, es pecially near the upstream and downstream regions of the water moon and water fl ood plain, visitors in the peak time still exceed the maximum environmental capacit y leading to some damage to the landscape resources. This situation shows that tou rism route is not optimal, lacking of tourism facilities for tourists scarce, lacking of enough publicity, which further demonstrates that there is still a certain space for development of Shuimogou tourism. But the development efforts should be within li mits. The focus should be taken on adjusting the actual amount of visitors at each scenary spot in order to ensure tourist amount fit the environmental capacity and a void the damage to scenary. Shuimogou scenic area occupies a large region, throug h proper urban management, introducing a diversified investment system to achieve a more effective public service, and improve the city environment quality and its c omprehensive competitiveness, and strive to maximize the economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit at the construction of Shuimogou scenic area.Combined with related theoretical knowledge, data analysis and the development direction of scenic area in Shuimogou, the primary task of development and constru ction of Shuimogou is the restoration of the ecological environment,the implementati on of any follow-up development and construction has to meet this premise.and bas ed on the understanding of the economic development of each scenic area, the land scape resources are discussed further in view of sustainable development, and this will help to expand Tianshan Tianchi Scenic Spots and promote the development of social economy in Fu kang.
