This article draws on a similar composite foundation research data on the basis oflaboratory experiments to determine the best ratio of pile material, according to theunconfined compressive strength test on the formation mechanism of the pile materialstrength;Using particle flow program (PFC2D) to simulate two ash coal ganguereinforced fiber compaction of damaging single pile and composite foundation loadtest;Combining the Pile mechanism of material strength and particle flow resultsdiscusses the FTG rammed pile composite foundation reinforcement mechanism andcushion effects.Initially identified the FTG Rammed single pile composite foundationbearing capacity and settlement design calculations and construction technology.Mainlyto complete the following work:(1)Analysis of coal gangue, fly ash, lime, cement, and chemical properties ofpolypropylene fiber and mechanical properties.According to national norms and the teston the basis of relevant research data to design a two-ash coal gangue mixture ratio ofthe program and fiber cement ratio scheme.According to the proportion plan test results,a series of indoor experiment analyzed the best ratio of specimen, the factorsinfluencing strength, etc.(2) A brief introduction to particle flow program.By PFC2D simulation softwarefor compaction of single pile and the dynamic simulation with compaction pilecomposite foundation respectively, research under the load of model at various levels inthe soil particle distribution, particle displacement vector diagram, the load-displacement Q-S curve and soil pressure isoline figure (porosity, stress), analysis of theloads of two ash coal gangue reinforced fiber compaction of single pile and compositefoundation of particle distribution, particle vector change, load transfer characteristicsand mechanism of action of piles and soil.(3)The formation mechanism of composite foundation with rammed pile strengthof the reinforced area, expanding head formation mechanism, cushion coordinationdeformation theory FTG rammed pile composite foundation strength mechanismanalysis research.(4)According to the FTG rammed pile of semi-rigid pile this feature, based on thenational technical norms and standards analysis Rammed pile composite foundation how to bear capacity, settlement and deformation.Discussion the FTG rammed pile ofconstruction quality control standards as well as its construction process.
