In the operation and management of power system in our country, schedulingoperating card system is an effective safe measure to prevent wrong operation. With thedevelopment of science and technology, many of the new technology has been graduallyapplied to the dispatching operation-tickets system and improved the accuracy. But atpresent the operation ticket system could not fully comply with the change ofscene actual wiring etc. There are limits in knowledge representation and theintelligent reasoning of inference engine. Therefore, the tradtitional operation ticketsystem needs further improvement.In this paper we developed a set of dispatching operation-tickets system softwarein C/S and B/S model. C/S includes the drawing part, calculation and the managementexperts. B/S includes a wiring diagram, intelligent dispatching tickets, organizationmanagement and system settings. According to the structure of the traditional expertsystem. The system includes a database, knowledge base, reasoning mechanism and theclient.About the knowledge representation, based on the analysis of several knowledgerepresentation method, this paper puts the rule engine technology into the knowledgebase, uses hierarchical topology model on network structure and establishes variouschoices of the similar equipment operation term. Puting the rule engine technologyinto the knowledge base means spearating technology business decision logic anddevelopment to get the business rules. In accordance with the hierarchical model, intervaland the wiringequipment uses the topology analysis of power network structure. Aimingat different intervals the knowledge base uses different rules. Because of the diffrerentoperational terms of the same kind of equipment used in different regions, the systemestablishes various choices of the similar equipment operation term. Through theabove improvement of the knowledge representation more clearly, rule extraction is morereasonable and orderly.About the reasoning mechanism, system is based on growing and pruning method ofintelligent reasoning tree to generate operation order. According to the load transfer,the model brings the ring into the constraint condition of the objective function. The treestructure makes the targetmore and train of thought clear reasoning. Load transfer is thetransfer of a path load. According to the depth first search the reasoning mechanismsearch in other power supply path and find theoptimal power supply path according tothe objective function and constraint conditions. This makes the reasoning more perfectand intelligent, to ensure the accuracy of dispatching operation-tickets system.In this paper, the J2EE based technology architecture, using C\S and B\S mixed pattern to develop the intelligent operation ticket system.At present, the system has beensuccessfully applied in Henan Petroleum Exploration Bureau dispatch system. Accordingto the problems at work, we constantly improve the software service dispatchpersonnel to better work.The final practice, our system ensures correct operation ticket,reduces the work intensity and improved scheduling of safe operation management level.
