Electrical operation-tickets system is a kind of effective security measure to prevent incorrect operation in our country’s dispatching operation management, which plays an important part of power system operation. Therefore, having a good and perfect dispatching operation-tickets management system is the foundation of completing electrical dispatching tasks with high quality and efficiency.At present, the research of dispatching operation-tickets system focuses on the reasoning mechanism of the expert system. The developed systems haven’t been got full recommending and applying. The root cause is that the system can’t adapt the diversity and their development and changes of the grid connection modes and equipment operation patterns. They are still lack of generality and intelligence.This paper has developed an intelligent dispatching operation-tickets system in power grid. The system has adopted a hybrid model combining C/S with B/S. The client of the C/S model is responsible for drawing power grid graphics, processing basic data and maintenance knowledge databases. The client of the B/S mode is responsible for making out and managing dispatching operation-tickets. In addition, the system has adopted a new generation method of electrical dispatching operation-tickets. It uses a growth and pruning method of the intelligent reasoning tree to generate the dispatching operation-tickets. And it’s a tree reasoning, goal clear, easy to expand and modification, and easy to communicate with users. The network reconfiguration thought has applied to the design of the reasoning machine too. It uses the depth first/back search method search other power supply paths, and then based on network reconfiguration and the trend of static safety analysis find out the best switch operation scheme. They have improved the intelligent of the system and the generality also have got some improving.The system has been successfully applied to electric power system in Yongning, Guangxi province. It has been found that the proposed system can not only reduce the strength of dispatchers’daily work, but also ensure the correctness of the dispatching operation-tickets, and improve the efficiency and the management level of dispatching operation.
