The paper proposed a new three-dimensional seismic isolation control method.The vertical seismic isolation layer and the horizontal seismic isolation layer weredeployed in two separate layers. The three-dimensional seismic isolation effect of thismethod was verified by vibrating table model test, and the test results were alsoanalyzed in the paper. At last, the method was modeled with software SAP2000anddynamic time-history analysis was made. The analysis results were then comparedwith the above-mentioned test results. The causes of the error between these tworesults were also analyzed. The main research of this paper includes followingsections.1、A new control method of three-dimensional seismic isolation was proposed:the vertical isolation seismic layer and the horizontal seismic isolation layer wasdeployed in two separate layers to achieve decoupling. Then a novelthree-dimensional seismic isolation structure model was built based on the newthree-dimensional seismic isolation control method. Vibrating table tests were madeon both traditional structure model and the new proposed model.2、The test results of three-dimensional seismic isolation structure and thetraditional structure in the vibrating table tests were compared and analyzed. Thethree-dimensional isolated effect of the three-dimensional isolated structure wasverified.3、Vibrating table tests of the three-dimensional seismic isolation structure modelwere made under middle earthquake, severe earthquake and rare earthquakeconditions respectively. All the results were analyzed. The concept of "angularcoefficient" was subsequently proposed from the analysis results to provide areference for the three-dimensional seismic isolation design.4、The calculation software SAP2000was used to model and analyze theproposed method. The analysis results were then compared with the test resultsmentioned above. The causes of the error between these two results were alsoanalyzed.
