Earthquake is one of the human suffering from natural disasters,our country is in earthquake-prone areas,our houses were damaged by the earthquake.Reducing the loss of life and property caused by earthquakes is the main way of earthquake engineering.As the researchers' further research of the seismic area.Structural earthquake was not limited to the "hard",base isolation technology has been further developed.The base isolation has a good Stability and reset capability,the isolation effect of the isolation technology was particularly obvious,has been widely used in the field of structure seismic.The horizontal seismic action was generally concerned by the present area,some basic isolation techniques,such as the rubber vibration isolation support,was limited by it's materials,were less involved in vertical earthquakes.As some seismic records and the buildings under earthquake damage that monitored by domestic and foreign researchers,showed that the vertical acceleration often leading to even more than horizontal acceleration,vertical seismic damage were even greater than the damage caused by horizontal seismic.The vertical isolation practical research was significant.To research the vertical vibration isolation,a kind of vertical cylindrical spiral compression spring as the isolation unit new three-dimensional isolation pier was studied in this paper,and it's structure and working principle was introduced in this paper.Related parameters is obtained by spring model simplified design formula and it's concrete production process was designed.On this basis,four three-dimensional isolation pier with size was made to measure it's related parameter values.The 2t mass block was used to simulate the rural buildings to process the shaking table test,the isolation pier vibration isolation effect was studied by shaking table test.Because of the shaking table test was adopted in the sine wave,it can only qualitative research the three-dimensional isolation pier's vibration isolation performance.As the dynamic knowledge told us that the seismic action was superimposed by several sine waves,in order to quantitative research the isolation performance of the three-dimensional isolation pier,the isolation effects of the three-dimensional isolation pier has carried on the numerical analysis which used by VB program,what's more,the Internal force on the beam end of a frame was analysed in this paper.Test data and-the VB numerical analysis results showed that a good vertical vibration isolation effect for the three dimensional seismic isolation at the same time also has a good performance,and the results of the internal force analysis showed that the vertical seismic should not be neglected.This new type of three-dimensional isolation pier to seismic effect in reducing the level of good vertical vibration isolation performance,at the same time,it has a simple structure,good effect,was suitable for promoting the rural areas.
