The Feasibility Analysis Of Hydraulic Cylinder Remanufacturing

The abandonment of the used mechanical and electronic products in our countryis entering a peak period at present. The major problem we are facing is how to makethe used mechanical and electronic products recycling, how to maximize the use oflimited resources and reduce the pollution of the environment. Remanufacturingengineering, with its huge economic, environmental and social benefits, is gettingmore and more attention, and have become an important part of China’s constructionof circular economy and sustainable development society.In this thesis, the process of the used mechanical and electronic products isanalyzed. And the feasibility of the wasted hydraulic cylinder remanufacturing isanalyzed with expert judgment method, analytic hierarchy process and BP neuralnetwork method. The fowling researches have been done.(1) The theoretical and development situation of remanufacturing. The definitionand meaning of remanufacturing, the relationship between remanufacturing andrelated disciplines, the processes and feasibility analysis of remanufacturing, the costestimation methods are discussed.(2) The process of hydraulic cylinder remanufacturing. On the basis of the basicprinciple and structure of hydraulic cylinder, and the failure forms and repair methodsof the hydraulic cylinder are discussed. The remanufacturing process of hydrauliccylinder is analyzed in details from such aspects as dismantle, clean, detection andmachining.(3) The evaluation framework model of the technology feasibility, environmentalfriendliness and economical efficiency about hydraulic cylinder remanufacturing isbuilt up.(4) The analysis of technology feasibility and environmental friendliness abouthydraulic cylinder remanufacturing. The evaluation model of technology feasibilityand environmental friendliness is built up by expert judgment method and experienceformula method. Then, the weight value of every evaluation index is confirmed.(5) The analysis of economic efficiency about hydraulic cylinderremanufacturing. A hydraulic cylinder manufacturing cost prediction model isconstructed by BP neural network. And the cost prediction model of remanufacturingis built up according to the remanufacturing process. If the remanufacturing cost of awasted hydraulic cylinder is less than fifty percent of the manufacturing cost of awhole new one, it is worthy of remanufacturing. (6) At last, the evaluation framework model of hydraulic cylinderremanufacturing is proved to be effective by instance.
