The load distribution of the bearing directly affects the service rigidity, lubrication andfatigue life, which is an important part of high-end bearings study. This paper undertook a research on spherical roller bearings, on the basis of the results forprevious studies, considered the motional condition and the relationship between load anddisplacement, established the spherical roller bearings in low-speed and high-speedquasi-dynamic model. With the example of22318C spherical roller bearing, studied theinfluence of mixed load and the rotational angular velocity to the roller load distribution. Theresults show that: when the bearing under mixed load, only part of the roller work, the secondrow roller applied axial load bore most of the load, at the same time what can be identified is thataxial load changes the roller the load distribution; the rotational angular velocity has little effecton the load distribution of bearing roller.With22318C spherical roller bearing as the research object, based on the finite elementmethod to solve the problem of rolling bearing contact theory and methods, established finiteelement analysis model to study load distribution characteristics, by given single variablesquantitative analysis the axial load, radial load, mixed load, curvature and the initial contactangle on bearing load distribution. The results show that: the maximum contact load increaseslinearly with the radial force or axial force increases; under radial load, only part of the rollercontact with inner and outer ring, under axial loading, all roller contact with inner and outer ring;under mixed load, the apply axial force makes the maximum contact stress further increase;According to study different initial contact angle and the radius of curvature of the roller, whichverify the rationality of the initial contact angle and the radius of curvature of the roller selectedby the R&D of the bearing.
