The power supply system of an airplane, comprised of the main electric power source, the secondary electric power source and the emergency power source, is one of the most important devices in a plane, which takes on such crucial tasks as flight control, navigation, wireless communication,radar and electronic countermeasures,missile launching and so on. Moreover, whether the power supply system works well or not determines the normal operation of all power consumption equipment in the plane, which contributes to flight safety and the success of the mission. Therefore, we must be even stricter with the examination on the flight power supply system and performance test and security, which are undertaken by the maintenance personnel. In order to reach the power supply system’s safety standard and to improve the attendance rate and combat effectiveness, we start to examine regularly on the power supply system by using test security instruments. Considering the complexity of the testing demand on the on-board electrical power source and its accessories, our research group has designed a platform to test on-board electrical power supply system.The dissertation mainly concerns how to control the test platform of the on-board electrical power supply system on the technical level. On the test platform,by using a high-power and high-speed electrical engine instead of a real one to propel the engine we need to test, we succeeded in collecting parameters from the engine and its accessories we have tested. So as to ensure that the high-power and high-speed electrical engine can have a good ability of speed regulation, static and dynamic, our research group has set up a simulation model of the high-power and high-speed electrical engine and analyzed three sorts of control strategies. Our group also has designed the system of measurement and control according to the demands of the test platform, its sub-systems and testing resources that make sure the normal operation of the platform. Moreover, our group has designed the controlling program of all testing resources and the software system of the platform under the integral programming environment of Lab VIEW2010.The dissertation mainly concerns the following work we group has done:1、We have learned the materials related to the flight electrical power supply system and analyzed the demands of the test on the system, emphasizing the need to give the system tests.2、We have analyzed the functional demands of the test platform of the electrical power supply system and have penetrated into the general design ideas of the platform, thus orienting the research directions of the three key areas of the platform controlling techniques.3、According to the demands of the high-power and high-speed electrical engine to regulate the speed, we have set up a simulation model of electrical engine and analyzed the three strategies, eventually coming to a conclusion that DTC is the best one.4 、 Specifically, we have penetrated into the necessary condition to finish measurement and control, designing the system of measurement and control, and have completed the coordinator between the upper computer and its sub-systems.5、We have finished designing the program of the testing resources under the integral programming environment of LabVIEW2010.
