Auto industry has been national economy’s pillar industry, it plays an important role in the country’s economy and social development. With the rapid development of our country’s economy and urbanization, problems like energy shortage and environment contaminates will be more serious. Developing new energy vehicle can ease the pressure of energy and environment and improve the development of sustainable development. During this process Hybrid Electric Vehicle will play an important role HEV is the transition products for new energy vehicle’s further dev elopment. In consideration of SUV now are hot in domestic market, this paper will do research on hybrid transition and its modeling、simulation、optimization of one traditional SUV that made by great wall.Hybrid transition will on the basis of above-mentioned SUV, drive model use4WD.Three classic hybrid type will be recommended comparison and analysis will made on the basis of their operating mode.New force coupler will be used in the parallel hybrid vehicle, definite analysis and calculation are made on the power、 transmission、energy storage compone nt. Now hybrid vehicle have various control strategy, in this paper threshold control and fuzzy control are used. Fuzzy control is a intelligent control robustness and better adaptability are its advantageThe system of hybrid vehicle is usually complex, fuzzy control is suitable in those complex control system. Definite analysis of how fuzzy control is used to hybrid vehicle is made, the effect of fuzzy control is compared with that of threshold control. During the preliminary design period of hybrid vehicle, virtual computer simulation technology are used to analyze the performance of the current design project, so we can modify the design project quickly, it also helps to reduce the time and cost of product development. on the basis of advisor and in consideration of the target hybrid vehicle, major components and whole vehicle are modeled, the performance of hybrid vehicle are tested by running the simulation model with virtual working condition.. In view of that theoretical calculation can not let all component are better matched. Genetic algorithm is used in this paper to optimize parameters of major component through union and command calling between matlab and simulation model, parameters of major are the number of battery, final transmission ratio, power of engine and motor and so on. The above mentioned simulation model is a backward model, forward simulation model contains driver model, the direction of signal transmission is the same as real vehicle, so forward simu lation model is more like a real driving, forward simulation analysis is a transition before real vehicle assembling. In order to achieve forward analysis such as full throttle acceleration. In this paper second development of forward simulation model of4WD hybrid SUV is established., it contains the establishment of all component model and the main control model that contains driver model.
