Toward the current critical conditions of the construction security producing in china, the losses of the contractor caused by the security accident are tremendous. It has been an urgent issues how to apply the security priority thought into the contractor’s project cost control process.In order to minimize costs and ultimately achieve the purpose of profit,Construction enterprises must strengthened cost control of security in the process of project cost control.Cost control of Security has become a important part of construction enterprise project cost control, In addition to increase security investment,in advance,but also we need grasp every aspect of project security implementation and control, develop scientific and rational control plan, implement careful control to the process to avoid security incidents, Maximum reasonablely the cost is an important issue. In view of this, the research of construction enterprise on cost control method for security is very urgent.Through the research on the contractor’s cost control situations in and abroad, This paper defined the contractor’s project cost control factors, including the contractor’s organization and system guarantee, procedure management and the security cost control method. Through the analysis on the traditional cost control method, the defects are identified and improvement measures are proposed. The research in this paper could help to reduce the contractor’s accident frequencies, reduce the casualties and improve the quality of the construction products. The security conditions of the construction are improved and the contractor could make more benefits.
