Tall and intensive buildings and underground construction are being built in thecity,which results building channel longer and more complex;The frequency of publicpersonnel emergencies is increasing; Designing a strong environmental adaptability ofintelligent fire evacuation system can effectively protect the evacuation, andcommunication is the key part of the system. In order to meet the escape system toadapt to the environment and more effective, this artical designed a C-MBUS-basedsystem communication protocol of intelligent evacuation, and given the realizationmethod.(1) This article studies the evacuation system’s development of present situationat home and aborad and researches the market demand as well as national standards atthe same time to figure out the concrete requirements and future direction of the design.Based on this, paper studies the type of industrial network and the mainstreamcommunication protocol in the industrial network, and analyzes the deficiencies of theexisting communication system of intelligent evacuation section and givesimprovement.(2) Based on functional requirements and specific targets, this paper gives thescheme of the overall architecture of communication for intelligent evacuation systemand designs the hardware of the system that based on C-MBUS communication bus,the various parts of the system include the communication module based on theCMT100and CMT001, the system’s power supply module, the indicator nodecontroller, the connection controller, the master controller. It also introduces thedetailed principle and realization of the composition of the various parts of the circuit.(3) On the basis of the Modbus protocol, this article develops a optimizedintelligent evacuation system architecture and improved communication protocolwhich includes functions of data updating, data getting, error table querying,allocation of address, address deleting, and error detection; The article describes indetail the host and slave protocol’s frame format and the meaning of the data. Also, thispaper proposes the concept of intelligent evacuation system at all levels of the mastermemory virtualization and the virtualized storage architecture is described in detail;This paper uses concept of data tables and describes the function of address allocationtable, the lower system communication error tables and lower system error table tooptimize utilization of memory. (4) Based on the design of intelligent evacuation hardware systems andcommunication protocols, this article designs the program for the master at all levelswhich including storage-based memory allocation at all levels of the master, serialcommunications program modules, at all levels of the master packet analysis module,the data synchronous communication processing module. It describes the variousmodules of the program flow in detail, and gives the program flow chart.(5) According to the development of communication protocols and hardware andsoftware design, it successfully designs a prototype, and use the prototype to completethe controller program to test each node and data acquisition.The final test shows that the project design based on the C-MBUS intelligentevacuation communication system can run stable, and complete the function of nodesautomatically join the network, automatic error detection function, and also improvethe control speed and simplify the difficulty of node expansion, reach the expecteddesign goals.
