The urbanization process has caused the scale and function of some existing buildings to gradually fail to meet the needs of modern society.The cost of expensive demolition and the serious impact on the normal living environment have hindered the rise of a new round of new climaxes;in particular,some once represented the industrial civilization of the city.Old industrial plants,which symbolize the economic development of the city,gradually withdrew from the historical stage,but the historical traces and values they contained did not disappear;therefore,with the advent of creativity and emerging industries,people began to turn their attention to the old industrial plants.Repair,reinforcement and modernization have gradually become a trend.Due to the changes in the use of fire-fighting equipment in old industrial plants and the difference in functional space after renovation,most of the original fire and evacuation designs can not meet the requirements of the existing technical specifications;how to properly handle the changes in the use of industrial plants and fire technology Fire and evacuation problems caused by other factors are imminent.This paper first analyzes the characteristics and hazards of fire in the old industrial plant renovation,and proposes the fire safety and evacuation design problems faced by the old industrial plant renovation.Secondly,using the empirical analysis method,based on the fire safety perspective,the theoretical analysis of the structural forms of the old industrial plant,the external wall,the roof,the windows,the entrance,the stairs and the fire evacuation facilities and equipment,from the structure,structure,facilities and equipment,etc.At the level,the strategy of fire safety transformation is proposed.Thirdly,taking the sample building plane reconstructed by the old industrial plant as an example,the spatial syntactic theory is introduced.Using the Depthmap software,the visual field analysis is selected by parameters such as the visual field control degree,the line of sight integration degree and the visual focus coefficient.On the basis of the field of view analysis,combined with the Pathfinder software platform to set the building and personnel motion parameters,the evacuation simulation of the case building with less favorable visual field analysis results;simulation of different safety exit positions and quantities by designing evacuation scenarios The evacuation time,the choice of the crowd path,and the change in the usage rate of theexport,and then the method of optimizing the design of the safety exit distribution.Finally,from the location,quantity,orientation and width of the traffic exit,the safety evacuation design strategy for the transformation of the old industrial plant is proposed to provide suggestions for the future management of the old industrial plant in the fire protection design and emergency evacuation.And scientific support.
