Evacuation device is one of the fire-fighting equipment equipped with modernarchitecture in general.Its performance directly affects the escape of the crowd whenthe fire broke. It has great social significance. Normal evacuation device commonlyused Independent AC evacuation lighting which is not only inefficient or poorsecurity, but also seriously affect the image of large building. After analyzing thedevelopment process of evacuation device, this thesis designed the control schemeand the architecture, then developed a intelligent evacuation device whichcomprehensive with field-bus technology and power electronics technology.(1) According to the analysis of current market, this thesis comparing the meritsof the domestic and foreign advanced evacuation device.For the maintenance ofexisting products, such as poor security and small scale, the design of the intelligentevacuation device architecture was put forward.(2) Based on the analysis of national standard GB17945-2010, this project’sdesign requirements and the functional requirements of intelligent evacuation deviceand technology index, this thesis overall designed scheme of intelligent evacuationdevice. It included evacuation hardware device design scheme and software design.This thesis discussed the intelligent evacuation device system topology, hardwaredesign, system architecture diagram and communication control software design.(3) According to the intelligent evacuation device hardware design scheme andthe hardware architecture design module. This thesis designed the main control circuitbased on TMS320F2812, the relay circuit with STC12C5A60S2microcontroller as thecore and the circuit terminal node adopting STC12C5410AD MCU. Then based on theXY·CN-PDC field bus communication interface, this thesis designed the flybackisolated power supply.And it put forward DC power structure, the flyback isolationand each part of the hardware circuit principle diagram, and then explained theprinciple of realization of each module and function.(4) On the CCS and Keil platform, this thesis designed all parts of the softwaresystem which combined with the hardware circuit, then carried out in accordance withthe functional division and the modular design. Then this thesis first set the mainstation communication protocol, and the development program automatically assignedaddress function, then designed the terminal module checking program and the relaymodule data forwarding, and then development master and PC serial communication program, the final details the power conversion circuit of passive control model, andderive the output voltage of the dc source control.(5) In accordance with GB17945-2010, lightning surge was carried out on theprototype, static tolerance tolerance, communication, machinery, environmentalsuccess rate and success rate of automatic address assignment and other standard testsand performance tests. Test results showed that the intelligent evacuation deviceprototype can stable operation and realization of various functions, high reliability, allindexes meet the design expectations. This thesis designed by intelligent evacuationdevice was superior to the national standard.
