It willcost a lot of time and human resources.This paper addresses optimization of foreign trade port container transportationmanagement system. First of all, research background and significance, these ideasresearch results, and the theoretical foundation of port container are reviewed, layinga solid theoretical foundation for the subsequent analysis in theory. Secondly, thecorrelation theories based on rules, operational research and ordering method and theoptimization of the scheduling management system of the key technologies arereviewed. Thirdly, under the assumption that the containers of same specifications caninstantly meet current needs, otherwise containers leasing is adopted, Heuristicalgorithms are performed by solving empty container transportation between the portand multiple ports.
