Experiment Inquiry On A Novel Method For Noninvasively Measuring The Transient Temperature Field Based On The Ultrasonic

Temperature field under the condition of high temperature and high pressure test has been the temperature field test theory and technology which had been taken most of attention, because in the transient temperature field, temperature testing technology is mature, but in the transient temperature field, the conventional invasive testing method has been increasingly difficult to meet the conditions of high temperature and high pressure test in harsh environments, such as technical requirements. To their subject, in the field of noninvasive test to explore the high temperature environment, the study of the test environment, also need to choose qualitative analysis for the test system.The main content of this document lies in the ultrasonic wave velocity and material in different temperature of the materials, such as modulus of elasticity, validated combining with closed bomb and better testing methods and technical means. Main work are as follows:a)The main content is based on the research of the ultrasonic propagation characteristics, the ultrasonic transmission speed, medium, and compares the mutual influencing factors and shows that choosing the appropriate ultrasonic wave, convenient test. The ultrasonic has been applied and the ultrasonic analysis.b) To select different kinds of metal materials to analyze the ultrasonic propagation velocity and temperature in different temperature material relation, numerical calculation, should been contains the experimental and numerical comparison, which are combined with the experimental data, the analysis method, as far as possible, reduce the error and the analysis of the test results and the actual situation which is close to. On this basis, the numerical method is modified.c) On this basis of different kinds of metal materials analysis, internal temperature and pressure through the closed bomb programming calculation, which is determined the scope of the temperature and the change rule, we explore the replication, trying through the outer wall temperature on the inner surface temperature, and then determine the inner wall temperature, optimizing the experimental process, and, the future, make more possible noninvasive test.
