The temperature as a very important parameters in industrial automation process control.directly affects the control accuracy. Since the thermocouple with high accuracy, wider temperature range as well as by the advantages of low cost, so its automatic detection of the temperature control as the preferred.Thermocouple temperature test this thesis, using SCM and neural network intelligent control algorithm combining the technology, design a course a reliable visualization of digital intelligent Thermometer, to achieve the precise temperature detection, temperature instrument PID neural network using the gradual approach it unlimited thermocouple measurements, and then the actual design of the thermocouple signal conditioning circuit, and thermocouple cold junction compensation to resolve the issue, we are using digital temperature sensor. PID neural network was established based on the mathematical model, by setting the number of neurons, initial connection weights, through the experimental method to determine the actual temperature value and the corresponding thermoelectric power, and finally using the MATLAB software to verify the achievement ofHardware to K-type thermocouple (Ni-Cr-Ni-Si) as a temperature sensor to AT89S52 microcontroller chip microprocessors, digital temperature sensor through the thermocouple cold junction temperature compensation in order to achieve temperature accurate measurementSoftware, which consists of lower computer and the host computer of two parts. In the design of an application under the slave system in the main contains the main program, data acquisition and keyboard display subprogram. Lower computer will collect data via RS-232 serial communication sent to the host computer, in the upper computer uses LabVIEW software system programming, mainly on the serial communication module, display module, data storage and PC interface control programming, they are as a child procedures call for the main program.
