The exhaust ejector system of gas turbine has a great effect on stealth capability of navalships. The ejector with superior performance can greatly reduce exhaust temperature andeffectively reduce the infrared signature suppression signal. It is widely utilized on ships as itssimple structure.Materials about ejectors are widely gathered, and then the papers particularly on exhaustejector for gas turbine and mixing tab are selected. Based on reading papers on exhaustejectors for gas turbine and tab, the idea of mounting the tabs on marine gas turbine is putforward.Study on exhaust ejector through numerical simulation has been carried out as follows:1. The model consistent with a set of precise experimental testing abroad was established.Numerical simulations with different turbulence models and wind orders were compared withexperimental datas, and the best numerical algorithms was determined for flow channel whichhas similar geometry.2. According to4different factors of isosceles triangular tabs, rational orthogonal tablewas designed by orthogonal test. Then the exhaust ejector with tabbed driving nozzle wassimulated, and range analysis was made to achieve influence degree of different factors to theejector. The biggest effect factor was studied in depth to get effect law of it to performanceparameter.3. The arrangement form of tabs was simulated. The effect of alternating installationangles combination on ejector performance was studied under the same other geometricparameters. The effect of alternating height combination on ejector performance was studiedunder the same other geometric parameters. The effect of different installation postion of tabson ejector performance was simulated.4. Numerical simulation on exhaust ejector with different geometric parameters wasstudied under selectied tabs form. The effect of different geometrical factors under differentparameters on the exhaust ejector was achieved.
