In the12th five year plan of China’s national economic and social development, building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society is fully realized thekey to sustainable development, but the reality of the energy shortage and wasteproblem restricts the sustainable development of economic. Sewage contains a largeamount of energy. The sewage-source heat pump is one of systems using sewageheat energy, however, the formation of dirt have great influence on thermal energyutilization efficiency, sometimes may cause the entire heat pump system paralyzed. Itis of great significance from the microcosmic perspective to research the dirt.First of all, putting a heat exchanger in the sewage-source heat pump system as theobject in Beijing, conducted the test including dirt moisture content and burningweightlessness, digital microscopic analysis technology, X ray diffraction techniqueand scanning electron microscopy. The results shows that the dirt in the moisturecontent of90.10%~95.80%, in550℃and950℃calcination weight value was67.80%~87.53%and0.53%~2.04%, the XSJ/HS type microscopic image analysissystem result is dirt contains algae and metazoan. This shows that heat exchangesurface dirt is a growth of microorganism community, not only contain bacteria butalso contain algae, metazoan,it is a coexist microbial growth community. To dirt onX-ray wide-angle diffraction draw maps show that dirt main inorganic crystalcomposition is SiO2and CaCO3. The dirt on the scanning electron microscopy testshows that the growth of dirt firstly adhered on rough position, in the microbialgrowth period, dirt fungi mainly contain bacillus and coccus, in the off period, dirtsurface present microbial reduction, membrane surface is mainly inorganic particles, the inorganic particles provides support and skeleton for the establishment of themicrobial community. In addition, in order to research the different pipe (copper alloy tube, stainlesssteel tube, polyethylene-aluminum composite tube) dirt growth characteristics, thisstudy established a experiment device of sewage treatment plant, record on spot dirtmacroscopic characteristics and morphology, and then measured three samplesection of unit area1cm2dry dirt quantity. And carried on the analysis of the dirtsample moisture content,550℃ignition loss of weight and950℃ignition lossweight, each period of total bacterial count and through the acquisition of dry dirtquantity data contrast and analysis, unit dry dirt content, and different pipe’s dirt onthe analysis of X-ray diffraction and electron energy spectrum. The result shows that three types of pipe’s dirt moisture content is very high, and dry dirt of thecomposition is mainly organic matter. The three kinds of pipe of dirt did X raydiffraction analysis and electron energy spectrum analysis shows that the three kindsof dirt that inorganic crystals is given priority to SiO2and CaCO3, the main elementof the dirt is C and O, this means that the main composition is organic matter, theless content element is N, Si, Ca. N element is the microorganism’s organicindispensable elements, Si element exist because of dirt in the presence of a smallamount of diatomite, Ca element proved hardness of sewage is higher. The threepipe’s dirt on the bacterial density testing shows that brass bacteria density is low, this may be because the brass copper ion have antiseptic effect,polyethylene-aluminum tube bacteria is the largest density because its surface crackmuch easy to bacterial growth. DGGE gel electrophoresis analysis of the differentpipe dirt microbial composition, the results is that dirt on the copper alloy tubesamples identified only Clostridium acidurici9a; polyethylene-aluminum compositetube dirt samples consists mainly of Acinetobacter baumannii MDR-TJ、Lactococcuslactis subsp. lactis IO-1、Escherichia coli APEC078、Acinetobacter baumanniiMDR-TJ、 Clostridium acidurici9a; stainless steel dirt samples are basicallySerratiamarcescens WW4、Yersinia pestis A1122、Serratia marcescens FGI94。...
