Study On The National Forest City Eco-signage System

In order to promote the construction of urban eco-space,it is of great significance to explore the key points of the national forest city eco-service system and to develop the eco-signage system.Existing urban signages have problems such as similar design,disorder layout,inconsistent styles and improper management.How to plan and improve the urban signages on existing basis so that it can better provide people with ecological services and promote urban culture is worth discussing.This paper takes the eco-signage system of the national forest city as the research object,and divides into three levels.Start from the theory,summarize the deficiency in the urban signage system,analyze excellent cases.Next is the method stage,summarize the design principles,theoretical basis,content composition and other parts of eco-signage system.Finally,finish the plan and design of the eco-signage system of the Chaozhou national forest city.The first part investigate and analyze the status and basic situation of the city signage,and summarize several issues of the Chaozhou through the vertical comparison between nodes and identification layout within a node.Basic Profile includes location analysis,water system and wetland resources,traffic conditions,forest resources,plant resources,tourism resources and urban culture.The cultural analysis summarizes Chaozhou's reputation as “Fengcheng”,folk house,tea,wood carving,inscriptions on precipices,embroidery and other content,to explore the cultural elements of Chaozhou.The second part is the plan and layout of the project,define the design ideas,link the functional zoning of the overall plan of the forest city,draw the planning layout of the eco-signage system.Plan according to the three major types of LOGO,eco-guidance signage and eco-cultural science signage,and discuss the relationship between eco-signage and forest city evaluation indicators.The third part is the detail design.In the LOGO design,elements of Hanjiang River,forests,archway and white orchid are integrated to show the city's image.The eco-guidance signage is divided into map class and direction class for seven types,which connect the eco-space and meet the people's ecological needs.The ecological culture-science signage is divided into plant-animal class and forest-culture class,spread ecological knowledge,and achieve green in the heart.Through the design of an example in Chaozhou,the key points of the national forest city eco-signage system design are further verified.As a part of the construction of the fortest city,the eco-signage improve the residents' eco-environment,reflect forest service by the dissemination of eco-science knowledge and the transmission of urban culture.At the end of the paper,organize and summarize the research results,integrate the functional role of the eco-signage system,get the development trend of the system.Wish the paper to serve as a reference for the design of eco-signage.
