Project Multi-objective Research Amid At The Green Construction

Construction industry, as one of the most important core industries in our country, has been boomed since the end of the20th century and had made great contribution to the development of the domestic economic. But the prosperous of the building trades also do harm to the environment to a certain degree. Recently, conflict between the human society and the nature has emerged. Vanishing ice cast by too much of carbon dioxide, global warming, lessen of vegetation of recourse and expansion of city scale, lower air quality and threaten by noise&virus water&dust made us human-beings have to alert the ring of environment protection. The appearance of sustainable development required every walk of life, especially construction industry, to adjust their strategy to adapt to the new policy and balance the economic development and nature.This text firstly introduce the research situation of The Project multi-objective research and The Green construction research, then compared the gap between the research inner and abroad to show that we still in arrears of the developed countries. The green construction research in our country is now in the stage of theoretical study and should combine the doctrine and practice, establish comprehensive management systems and make innovations on the construction technique. Secondly, this text elaborated the basic theory it connected to, including the project multi-objective management theory, multi-objective decision and particle swarm optimization shorted by PSO. Thirdly in this article, the Multiple Object Optimization is studied to find out the shortcomings exist in the modern research. Measures are suggested to consummate the method, including adding the target of the green construction as the main factor that affect the investigation of the company and providing a reference for the inventors when they have a choice to made.In the lower half of this text, a three-dimensional model including the factor of environment protection, aimed at the project multi-objective management optimization is build to describe the manage system of a construction project. Subject, object and targets as the three dimensions, all of those are described in details to show each other’s content, organized the3-D model. Then, through establishing ties aiming at the quality, the cost, the time, the green construction level and the safety goal, a technical model is also build to offer method for how to decide the money, time and so on that would be spend.
