Research On Multi-Objective Integrated Management Of Hospital Construction Project

With the rapid development of China's economy,people 's standards of quality of life are getting higher and higher and increasing attention has been paid to the construction of people's livelihood security facilities..As a livelihood project,hospital construction plays an important role in social economy,However,hospital construction is difficult and demanding.At this stage,hospital construction costs exceed the budget,schedule overrun,the quality is not up to standard,Environmental and safety measures insufficient phenomena occur frequently.In view of these problems,the five objectives integrated management of hospital construction is carried out by using the idea of integrated management.This study is based on the summary of the characteristics of hospital construction and the status of multi-objective integrated management of construction engineering,Analyze the functional relationship of the construction period,quality,cost,environmental protection and safety of the hospital.the expert scoring method is used to carry out quantitative analysis of the goals of the hospital construction,and the punishment mechanism is added to make the quantification process and results more objective and reasonable.Use the multi-attribute utility function to build a multi-objective utility function for a hospital construction project,build a multi-objective integration model for a hospital construction project,according to the characteristics of multi-objective integration model of hospital construction,using the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the multi-objective integration model.Finally,Experimental multi-objective integration model and the applicability of improved particle swarm algorithm on actual hospital construction projects,use MATLAB software to find the optimal solution of the overall goal integration,the solution with the shortest working period,the best quality,the lowest cost,the highest level of environmental protection and safety under the available resources is obtained.this research starts from Contract management,organization design,quality control management,cost control management,progress control management,green environmental control management,safety control management aspects to put forward management recommendations for multi-objective integration of hospital construction projects,and provides reference for future multi-objective management of hospital construction.
