In light of the serious environmental pollution and waste of resources caused by the development of the construction industry,green construction has been proposed and gradually promoted,which has become a new direction for the development of the construction industry.However,in engineering practice,enterprises often thought that green construction would increase the cost and reduce the efficiency of the project,and thus refused to promote green construction.Therefore,research on the multi-objective trade-off of project management based on green construction was carried out,with a view to opening up ideas for cracking green construction promotion problems and providing investors with scientific decision-making methods.In this paper,a systematic analysis and in-depth study of the multi-objective trade-off of project management based on green construction were carried out.Based on the theory of green construction and target management,the project management target system based on green construction was proposed,and the multi-objective trade-off of project management based on green construction was constructed combined with the multi-objective trade-off research status of engineering projects.The model aims to seek a balance between the level of green construction and the economic benefits of the construction project,which will further promote the overall development of green construction in China.The main contents include:(1)Based on the concept and connotation of the green construction,combined with the objective management theory of the project,a project management system based on green construction was constructed,including duration,cost,quality,safety,resources and environment-the six major control objectives.The specific content of the project management objectives was thoroughly studied,and the six-objective integrated management of the project management was proposed,which harmonized the unity relationship between the various objectives.(2)Based on the multi-objective trade-off theory,the relationship between cost,quality,safety,resources,environment and construction period was analyzed,and a non-linear function relationship other objectives and construction period was established.Combined with the multi-attribute utility function theory,the multi-objective trade-offs model of project management based on green construction was established.and the genetic algorithm program with matlab to solve was operated to determine the Pareto optimal comprehensive benefit and target value,which provided a reference for decision makers.(3)Apply the multi-objective trade-off of project management based on green construction to the actual project,and verify the feasibility and rationality of the model constructed by the example analysis.It also provided supplementary explanations for the measures in terms of organization,technology,management,and economy,to strengthen green construction management...
