In recent years,with the proposal of sustainable development strategy,low-carbon economy has gradually become the main development direction of the world economy.As a pillar industry in China,green construction management is bound to become the main development direction of construction project management.Green construction management is based on the three objectives of traditional construction management,considering the factors of environmental protection,and under the advocacy of the concept of low-carbon economy,making corresponding adjustments to the multi-objective management of traditional construction projects to adapt to the development direction of today's construction industry and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.This paper mainly studies the multi-objective equilibrium optimization of green construction projects,that is,based on the traditional three objectives of construction period,quality and cost,environmental protection objectives are added to form a multi-objective equilibrium optimization management system of green construction projects.Based on this purpose,this paper studies the interaction between construction period and cost,builds the mathematical model of construction period and cost on the basis of construction period benefit,and analyzes its change rule;analyzes the relationship between quality and cost,puts forward the concept of reasonable quality cost through the coordination control of quality and cost;analyzes the relationship between quality and construction period,and through reasonable This paper analyzes the relationship between the environment and other objectives,and builds the mathematical model of the environment and other objectives through the analysis of the impact of the project on the environment.Based on the analysis of the interaction among construction period,quality,cost and environmental protection,this paper uses the theory of multi-attribute utility function to build the equilibrium optimization model,and uses MATLAB software to solve the complex problem of solving the multi-objective optimization model.Finally,this paper demonstrates the rationality and feasibility of the model through empirical analysis,which provides new ideas and methods for solving the multi-objective equilibrium optimization of green construction projects,and has certain practical value and guiding significance.
