Urban rail transit (URT) has a large volume, rapid,security, punctuality,environmental protection, energy and land conservation features. Give priority to thedevelopment of URT as the backbone of the urban public transport system hasbecome the fundamental solution for countries to resolve the problem of trafficcongestion. With the rapid development of URT, lighting weight and energy savingbecomes the development direction of URT vehicles. Soft-switching can improve theswitching frequency, reduce switching losses and reduce the size and weight of theconverter. Soft-switching is corresponding with the direction of development for URTvehicles.The paper first introduces the components, types and forms of existing URTvehicle auxiliary power system (AUX), and summed up its technicalcharacteristics.Then the author introduces the soft-switch and a brief overview ofseveral types of soft-switching. And than the writer design soft-switching staticinverter (SIV) according to the technical characteristics of the auxiliary power system,combined with the soft switch technology.Finally, the author emulate thesoft-switching SIV and summarize it. |
