With the rapid development of China’s Electromechanical industry, application ofpermanent magnet motor in many fields of automobile, motorcycle, household appliances,office automation, continues to expand, it is reached a considerable scale to require ferritemagnetic tile. As a sample, a factory of Jiangmen data show: nearly a thousand kinds ofvarious types of magnetic tile the factory production, most of the annual output in more than10000000. According to the requirements of different customers need to fine process, such astwo ends surface and clamping angle, machining (chamfer). The existing domesticchamfering way has not been able to adapt to the new requirements. According to retrievalresearch and computer, there is no domestic manufacturer to produce magnetic tile automaticchamfering machine dedicated. Therefore, in order to improve the magnetic tile chamferingproductivity and quality, it is very necessary to design of a magnetic tile automatic chamferingmachine.By analyses the existing magnetic tile chamfering mode, the method is put forward tosolve the technical problem, so that the new device is of chamfering uniform size, highproduction efficiency, low cost, and eight station.
