With economic development at the sametime, architects and the owner of the building’s innovative and unique pursuit,currently there are more and more high-rise buildings and plane, elevationparticularly complex high-rise buildings, these structures beyond the existing norms"three levels, two stage" design scope, that is overrun construction.Not apply to existing norms of the building structure, in order to achieve the same seismic building goals, the need for specialized analysis and appraisal. Currentdomestic overrun engineering design method is generally in accordance with the"High-rise construction seismic regulations" and "National High-rise constructionfortification special examination techniques" and other requirements for the lack ofuniform standards and clear and specific basis and means, which requires designersdepending on the actual situation of the project, through its own experience andunderstanding of the structure to be carefully analyzed in order to solve the problemof seismic design engineering overrun. Designers draw overrun works throughconcrete demonstration results have to be earthquake-proof special examination,relying on experts’ experience to grasp the concepts and structures. Limited to thecurrent level of technology, the reliability of conclusions extent is difficult toquantify.Given the current overrun projects on seismic design still no unified approach,the purpose of this paper is to rise through the construction of a project overrunseismic design, performance-based seismic design method applied to the actualoverrun projects. Structures were carried out by small earthquakes, the earthquake,the earthquake seismic calculation, the calculation results are analyzed anddemonstrated, to grasp the extent of structural deformation and damage, targetedseismic take effective measures to ensure that the seismic performance reachednational seismic code provisions of the "minor earthquake, moderate earthquakerepair, earthquake does not fall," the seismic fortification goals.In this thesis, from the following aspects:Use China Academy of Building Research compiled software “SATWE” forsmall earthquakes elastic calculation and analysis, and the use of CSI housingconstruction company developed structural analysis and design software “ETABS”for comparative analysis of the structure period, displacement, just so the overallweight ratio calculation results are compared and analyzed to ensure the mechanicalanalysis results reliability.Accordance with the "seismic design of buildings","moderate earthquake repair"principle, through the structures under the action of major earthquakes in the lateralforce component of capacity is reviewed to determine its performance to achieve theset targets.Adopt “PUSH&EPDA” procedures for buildings under rare earthquake,according to standard "earthquake does not fall," the seismic fortification targets for nonlinear static pushover analysis.Finally, this paper based on the analysis of the results and critical and importantcomponent seismic taken appropriate measures, concluded that the overrun seismicengineering to meet the specifications of the target.
