This thesis is under the background of brushless DC motor controller,the research anddevelopment are both around the controller.The paper mainly completes the following work.Firstly,the article introduces the subject of sources, analyses the current development,themarket situation and ach country’s policy approach to the project of electric vehicles at homeand abroad.It also analyzes the internal electric vehicles development status and nationalefforts to support the project.Secondly,through analysis and comparison,the paper selects the brushless DC motor as acontrol object. Analysed on the brushless DC electric motor structure and the operationprinciple, the mathematical mode and the differential models of brushless DC motor areestablished.The paper also also does the actual analysis on the operation of the motor controlmethod for magnetic speed,energy feedback control in the working principle, the PI controlmethod, the weak magnetism and energy feedback policy.Thirdly,based on the brushless DC motor in-depth research,this article dishes the DSP asthe core hardware design,and gives some of the key components of the design schematics anddesign ideas,also raises the overall design of the controller.In this way,it increases thereliability and stability of the controller.And based on in this hardware,it designsappropriate software program and makes a prototype.The prototype must have some staticand dynamic tests. Last,the motor loads on the electric vehicle to have some actual road tests.Finally,the experimental results show that the controller meets the needs of low-speedelectric vehicles, and runs reliablely and stablely.
