The electric energy needed for pure electric vehicles can be regenerated and driving zero emission without air pollution,which opens up a new path for the sustainable development of automobile industry.It will be one of the new trends for electric vehicle development in the future that hub motor drives wheels directly.When Brush less DC motor uses electronic commutation instead of mechanical brush commutation,which solves the problem of easy wear for mechanical brush,and greatly improving the service life and reliability of motor.This project will develop a simple and practical hardware motor drive controller for hub brushless DC motor of a micro electric logistics vehicle.The controller adopts hardware design,and hardware completely replaces the software program operation processor,which can reduce the manufacturing cost of the controller and improve the response sensitivity of the controller.This thesis mainly uses literature research,simulation research,empirical research and other methods to carry out the following research work:1.Studied structure of hub motor and the working principle and speed control strategy of brushless DC motor.2.Set up the motor simulation model with the Matlab/Simulink environment,carried out the simulation operation of each module of the controller,which verifies the feasibility of the motor’s speed controller,and proved the rationality of the design of each functional module for the motor controller.3.According to the basic operation requirements of electric logistics vehicle driving,the overall design scheme of motor controller is studied and determined.4.Selected SGM6332 and other hardware integrated circuit chips,finished the overall circuit design of the corresponding functional modules,and made a prototype.It is easy to burn down the controller and the motor with the working current of the motor changes greatly.It designed the hardware circuit of current-limiting protection.5.The hardware circuit of each function module of the controller is debugged and verified.The control voltage signal of each module is effectively captured by oscilloscope.And the rationality of the circuit design is further verified.Furthermore,the reliability of the controller is verified by the test of the physical hub motor.6.Finally,the ADVISOR was used to establish the simulation model of the electric logistics vehicle,and Focus on simulation analysis of power performance droved by hub motor,after the removal of the transmission system components.
