Research Of Lean Production Project For Gearing Systems Branch Of NHI

Due to falling behind in production organization of state-owned enterprise to cause serious delay of products, it certainly has an affect on enterprise’s development with grave competition’s today, then a set of effective and brand-new production management mode is needed to solve or improve it, here it needs to consider various influence factors, for example, technological process, process running time, material management and usability of various resource, etc.As first, this paper analyses the operation status of production system for reducer gear of our company from easy to difficult, thus making sure existing problems during production management of reducer gear in our company. The main problems focus on the aspects of production plan, production distribution, production organization, production control, control of quality and cost etc. This paper analyses production organization and production process for reducer gear through using theory of lean production, thus utilizing resource effectively and reducing production cost and realizing optimization in each link and each division of our company through continually improving and removing or improving non-effective work and waste, and also designing specific optimization plan for improvement objective, including reconstructing organization structure of production system for reducer gear, formulating reasonable plan process through using lean production’s thought, reworking type U production line according to property of products in our company, bringing in the advanced "5s" site management concepts, and assuring quality etc. In order to achieve the expected objective, formulates careful implementation plan and control plan. The object of study for this paper is the lean improving for reducer gear of Gearing Systems Branch of Northern Heavy Industries Group Co., LTD. Meanwhile,to implement and control for lean management mode of reducer gear in applying the requirement of project management, fundamentally to ensure to establish lean production mode for reducer gear of our company and to obtain the expected results.
