Power system safe and reliable operation, which is to ensure the important basis for the rapid development of economic and the healthy stable life of people. If ensure safe and efficient operation of the power system, first of all ensure the security and reliability of the power voltage.This paper introduce voltage on-line monitoring record system, it could collect,processing,display,record and statistics voltage monitoring data, at the same time, it can realize multi-channel voltage monitoring also can monitor one of the multi-channel voltage alone. The system record voltage status on real time, it will alarm when the monitoring data over the limit or the system power off. Voltage on-line monitoring is one of the best way to monitor the power system and assessment voltage quality.This voltage on-line monitoring recorder system with Atmega32single-chip microcomputer as the control core, which collect and deal with the voltage signal.This voltage on-line monitoring recorder system has LCD display, data storage, keyboard input, data communication and buzzer alarm functions. During collect and deal with the voltage signal, using avoid the ripple interference processing, digital filtering algorithm, range conversion algorithm and the CRC-16calibration algorithm. During statistics and record to the voltage data, using statistics record based on every month, everyday and power on or off time and alarm status records. System design includes hardware design and software design. Hardware circuit designing includes microcomputer peripheral circuit of power supply, voltage signal acquisition and processing circuit, data display circuit, keyboard interface circuit, the external EEPROM memory circuit, the external clock circuit, alarm circuit and the communication interface circuit. Software designing includes mainly includes designing of the main program flow chart, liquid crystal display subroutine, external data storage subroutine, real-time clock subroutine, key subroutine and the design of MODBUS communication subroutine. Communication with the host computer, the realization of the software platform in the computer interface modules are designed using the VB6.0programming language, including monitoring operation interface, communication interface, file management interface and instrument parameters setting interface.Before write this paper, the device has been finished and debugged successfully.
