Wind energy is a renewable energy which has large-scale development potential. How to use wind energy more effectively is a new hot topic. This thesis use communication technology to the vertical axis wind-driven generator system to use wind energy more efficiently.The article first introduces the communication system standard of the vertical axis wind-driven generator,mainly including ground control, shafts of the control host, slave machine of each sail this three parts. Ground controller communicates with slave machine of sails to control slave machine, including the sail state inspection, controlling the start-stop of the sail. Slave machine also according to rotation angle which is calculated from the ground controller to rotate the corresponding angle for the sail, making sail vertical whit the wind when against wind and parallel with the wind when following the wind. Like this using wind more effective.Secondly according to the communication system in the structure of wind driven generators, puts forward new wind generator system of data communication design scheme. Dividing into two parts which are cable communication and wireless communication .The ground controller and host machine use bluetooth wireless communication, and host control and salve machine of the sail adopts bus-control master-slave type multi-computer communication.Due to ground controller processing data quantity is big so this paper chooses DSP as the main processor, In wireless communication, use bluetooth communication module ROK101007 which is produced by Ericsson, and cable communication select RS485 multi-computer communication. Host and extension select single chip AT89C52 as the communication and control chip, using MAX485 as a bus driver. Based on this, analyzes principle of RS485 multi-computer communication, and set the communication protocol, and communication reliability design, realizing multi-computer communication. Design the bluetooth communication format in wireless communications, through the single-chip to control the method of bluetooth communication and sets up a bluetooth communication protocol, and the realization of the bluetooth communication process. Put forward the overall design of wind generator in data communication, and each function module design scheme was proposed and realized. Focus on realizing the hardware and software design of the ground controller modules, hardware design and software realization of control host function module and realizing hardware design and software realization of extension function module, including single-chip control stepping motor rotate, single-chip and bluetooth serial communication, data acquisition of single-chip control, DSP and bluetooth serial communication and through single-chip RS485 to realize multi-computer communication.
