Study On Optimization Of CE ULD Dispatch And Transportation

Economic globalization allows companies for logistics control requirements become increasingly stringent, also makes the logistics related researches further improved. CE dedicates in air cargo business, airline routes spread all over the world, especially for Amsterdam in Europe and Chicago in America, the operation mode of these two stations is completely different other stations. How to properly coordinate transporting ULDs for CE’s cost control and efficiency has important practical significance.This paper is based on data analysis of CE ULDs transporting cost and efficiency, combing the problems CE currently facing, that is:cost and efficiency. In this paper, through to control costs and improve efficiency as the goal, optimizing the whole process of CE ULDs dispatch(including participating in information sharing among various departments of ULD dispatch, emergency handling and nodes monitoring, etc.), in order to ultimately improve the current status of CE and enhance the core competitiveness.In this paper, through contrast of before and after optimization, verified the effectiveness of optimization program.
