Study On Cost Control Optimization Of Automobile Multimodal Transport

China's automobile logistics industry began to develop since 1990 s.As China's automobile industry began to experience an upward period,the automobile logistics industry also followed its footsteps,one step by one step,and experienced a stage of innovationoriented and gradually improving operational efficiency.Under the background of various automobile production factories striving to reduce their logistics costs,how to attract customers with low-cost,diversified logistics solutions and maintain the core competitiveness of enterprises has become an issue faced by many logistics enterprises.Nowadays,the implementation of GB1589 highway renovation policy and compliance vehicle policy has greatly increased the transportation cost of highway vehicles,resulting in many logistics enterprises which mainly rely on highway transportation can not make both ends meet.Facing these new national policies,how automobile logistics enterprises adjust their management strategy and maintain competitive advantage in the automobile logistics industry,this is the main research content of this paper.Taking E company as an example,the paper first analyzes the relevant factors of automobile logistics industry,introduce the service provided by E company and its clients.Through the analysis of waterway transportation capacity and operation status of E company,I find many problems existing in the actual operation of E company.I make analyzes on these existing problems in combination with enterprise's strategy try to find out the main reason.Secondly,through the SWOT model,we make summarize on E company's strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and potential threats,try to look for its direction in future development.Thirdly,combining with the new highway renovation policy of our country and the experience of automobile logistics industry,through controlling the cost of wharf,waterway and highway,reasonable route planning,taking the shipping capacity as the core competitiveness,I can improve the quality of logistics service and reduce the cost of transportation.Finally,through the combination of highway,waterway,wharf and other different logistics resources,I try to help E company increase the waterway full load rate and highway overload rate,put forward a reasonable transportation plan with lower cost,which can meet customer OTD requirements,to conduct a better implementation of door-to-door service,thus to bring convenience to customers.E company actively explores the transportation business of special vehicles such as large-scale engineering vehicles,collector trucks and excavators while developing the commercial vehicle business,these new services enable E company to provide more diversified services and be more competitive in the market.
