Research And Implementation Of SUPMAX800Functions For300MW-level Thermal Power Unit

Currently, distributed control system is the key of process control system in thermal power plant, which is the main control platform to protect the production of the plant and reduce security incidents. In thermal power plant, various process operations, automatically start and stop of devices, accident protection logic is implemented by a distributed control system. So the design of a safe, reliable, fully functional control of distributed control systems for each fire turbine has very important significance.In this paper, a330MW power unit in Xinjiang is the main object of study, technological improvements is given from the fieldbus solutions, logical function block, online incremental download and crystal reports and other aspects of distributed control systems, and put in actual field applications. On the basis of investigation and research, for the specific use of fieldbus on site, improved SUPMAX800fieldbus distributed control system solutions PROFIBUS-DP master interface cards and MODBUS card. In accordance with the technical agreement, made additions and modifications to the logic modules, incremental download technical improvements and reporting capabilities development, and has been successfully applied in the field.SUPMAX800distributed control system equipped in a330MW power unit in Xinjiang has been put into operation, with the feature protection investment in the entire process, automatic input in good condition, provides an important safeguard for safe and stable operation of the whole plant system. After seven days running smoothly, the technical indicators have reached to the advanced level of similar units. Technology improvements for300MW thermal power were a complete success.
