A Brief Research On The Main Influence Factors Of The Long Distance Water Diversion Project

Set in a long distance water diversion project, this paper preliminary expounds the research status of both overseas and domestic long distance water diversion projects. From the aspects of water quantity and water quality, a preliminary analysis was taken on the difficulties and problems need to be solved in current long distance water diversion engineering. From the management and technical, water quality, economic, ecological environment, this paper analyses the main influencing factors of the water diversion project.We preliminary discusse the economic model of long distance water diversion project, and put forward the preliminary analysis model which concern of costs and benefits during long distance water diversion project. We also introduce the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, which discusses the economic evaluation index of long distance water diversion project from two aspects of economic evaluation and financial analysis. This paper combines the concrete examples with the economic indicators for the long distance water diversion project by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model which aim at preliminary evaluating the feasibility of long-distance water diversion engineering project.
