The Application Of Value Engineering For Real Estate Project Enterprises In Designing Stage

Controlling the cost of project which has become enterprise’s core competitiveness is an important part in the real estate development. Among the complete process of real estate development, designing stage plays an important role in cost control which could influence more than75%cost of the whole project. real estate enterprises are at lower levels in management of cost control. Under the background mentioned above, the research of cost control in designing stage for real estate enterprises has a certain theoretical and practical significance.This thesis raised a feasible method of cost control for the enterprises utilizing the theory of value engineering. Firstly, the theory of value engineering was introduced and the previous research was summarized. Secondly, the application of value engineering in real estate project was discussed for real estate enterprises. At last, the practical application was illustrated combined with case studies. Corrective measures of a practical case were raised according to the analysis of cost control both considering the function and cost.
