Research On Tunnel Project Budget Management System Of Business Event-Driven

With the development of market economy, construction enterprises arefacing fierce competition in the market. Enterprises want to ensure the profitspace, it is necessary to strengthen the cost control in the high qualityrequirements and changing construction environment, efforts to reduce costs. Theapplication of budget management system of business event driven to the tunnelproject complex can make more accurate and reasonable cost plan, budgetallocation, reduce the construction cost, improve management efficiency. So as toenrich the practice application of budget management in tunnel engineeringconstruction field, to provide a new way for the budget management.
