Study Of Construction Engineering Budget Management Based On BIM

Construction budget management is a key factor to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises throughout the building, effectively reducing the workload of a crucial factor budget staff. With advances in technology now widely used computer software, engineering budget is constantly very close to the intelligence, automation and computerization. However, these budget software were not able to improve the efficiency of the budget like that person's imagination, budgeters still need to invest a lot of effort and time to complete the budget work. Then study the project cost budget management building information model(Building Information Model, BIM) based on this thesis can be a good solution to this problem. BIM technology is based on three-dimensional digital technology integrates a variety of construction projects related information. It not only can be quickly and accurately project budget, and can also be an effective design combine to automatically change the budget cycle of the project cost in accordance with changes in the design.In this thesis, the status quo of research related to learning at home and abroad on the basis of the analysis, the theoretical foundation of BIM Detailed project budget management based on economic data raised standards-based BIM modeling, analysis summarizes the measurement of our engineering BIM-based pricing will problems and proposed solutions to be summed require BIM modeling economic data set of standards; this paper three methods based on process and feasibility of the project budget management BIM comparative analysis results output to Excel method is more suitable for the current industry environment of the method, developed a coding framework BIM-based budgeting, and the use of value engineering principle of budget data were analyzed and summarized based on the cost of the whole process of management of BIM framework. Also,in this thesis, the combination of theory and practice, and analyzed by exploring a project in Haikou City case highlights the BIM technology in the actual budget management project plays an important role in the hope that through this paper can really for real project budget management to provide a reference and reference, to reduce costs for our building projects, improve project efficiency and effective cost management to provide guidance and assistance to some theories, ideas, methodology.
