| In order to reduce development cycle and cost of the port machinery reducer, thispaper used parametric design and finite element analysis technology, and integratedwith CATIA software of CAD/CAE integration. The gear transmission system wasanalyzed and studied in the port machinery reducer, and it provided a new thought ofmodeling analysis in the port machinery reducer.This paper based on CATIA software as the main modeling analysis tool, and useda variety of software interface and CATIA software as auxiliary way to complete thewhole process of product modeling analysis. And it had parametric modeled of thereducer gear transmission system in the port machinery, by changing the parameters itcan get different shapes of the gear, and established parts library to store different sizesof gear model directly with the Excel form. In CATIA of statics analysis module of theassembly good gear transmission system for the finite element analysis, by definingmaterial, mesh, add constraint, applied load operation, etc。 It is concluded that VonMises stress diagram and displacement diagram, and it compared with the result strengthand the theoretical calculations strength, it accorded with the really stress anddeformation conditions. Through the contrast between the different Von Mises stressdiagrams, it found the weak links of the gear system, and optimized the model. |
