Loader is one kind of construction machinery which is widely used in highway,railway,construction,mining and other construction projects.Diesel engine is used as main power source,with the aid of walking mechanism,different auxiliary device can be used to shovel soil,sand and gravel material,to dig ore,hard soil,to doze and lift.The main process is the engine's power converter to the gearbox through the torque,and then transmitted to the front and rear axles through the front and rear axles to drive the wheels to rotate,so that the loader working device is close to and inserted into the stack.Wheel loader structure system is seemed as carrier to support the whole equipment,which almost under all load,is one of the key components of the system of the loader,the level of design will directly affect the whole quality,such as strength,stiffness and reliability etc.In this paper,the finite element analysis method is used to optimize the structure loader system,and analyze the structure and working principle of the system.By establishing the finite element analysis model of the loader structure system,the stress condition of the whole structure is analyzed.Using ANSYS software to model and analyze the stress of structural members under eccentric load condition.Through the modeling analysis of the fork arm,the clamp,and the stress of front and rear frame and stand in under the condition of the deformation,respectively,the structure optimal design,the improved structure for machinery and equipment found on its performance in practical operation is more excellent.The finite element analysis is one of the most important means to optimize the structural design of the loader.Based on the structural analysis of loader structural parts,the deformation and stress of the structural parts under different working conditions were studied,then the optimization and improvement were made to enhance the performance of the products.In this paper,through the study and analysis of XCMG loader structural parts of the system deformation and stress and structural under the different conditions,and improved product performance,it hope to improve product quality to provide a theoretical basis for the XCMG's product reform to provide a theoretical reference.
