Based on the drawback of the traditional modeling method of magne- tics equivalent circuit, the paper proposed a flux source magnetic reluc- tance model that can be easily applied to different complicated multi-coupling core structures. For the developing trend of short, small, light, and thin of the electronic device at the present time, multi-channel interleaving voltage regulator modules (VRMS) with integrated magnetic is researched , magnetic flux distribution and the circuit performance is analyzed. With a very small duty cycle, the benefit of multiphase buck is compromised, the paper proposed a multi-channel tapped-inductor buck converter with an active clamping circuit and its integrated magnetics is analyzed. On the base of the L-C cell and connection of multi-L-C cells, the output inductor, the tapped-inductor and clamping capacitor is integrated. The validity of the structure is verified by software emulation.
