International multimodal transport trains (from Beijing to Moscow) run across biglatitude and run long miles, along the route via China, Mongolia and Russia. So thenatural environment of its running zone is harsh. Therefore, the research of heatdissipating capability of warm water heating system in cabin has great significance inorder to ensure the comfort of passengers.Methods of simulation and experiment are applied to optimize the form of radiatorof heating system. And the heating system after arrangement is analyzed to get the heatdissipation characteristic of the system, providing certain reference for the design andapplication of this type of warm water heating system.Firstly, optimization and selection about radiator of heating system are carried on.Single circular finned tube, spiral finned tube, the light tube were analyzed by thesimulation methods, drawing that air flow characteristics outside the pipe of circularfinned tube and spiral pipe is better than light tube. Heat dissipating capacity, metalthermal intensity, the heat transfer coefficient, heat release volume andmanufacturability of circular finned tube and spiral finned tube are analyzed when theyhave same geometric parameters. Then spiral finned tube is chosen in the radiator ofheating system.Secondly, through the theoretical analysis of the heat process, reach theconclusion that the most important influence factor on the finned tube heat dispersionare the separation distance and external diameter of the fins. Therefore, perform asimulating calculation of different fin separation distance and external diameter, to thedouble spiral finned tubes under the covered condition and the exposed one respectively,Take the thermal discharge as objective function and determine the form of fin satisfiedthe demand that the cooling power of the double spiral finned tubes reach960W permeter,experiment with several kinds of fin combinations of the tubes under thecovered and the exposed conditions, to verify the correctness of the simulation;Then through theoretical analysis initially identified the pipe arrangement of thecarriage heating system, make a comparison of the temperature and the thermal powerin different rooms, verify the correctness of system layout by means of simulating thecooling uniformity of the rooms in the right side of the train.Finally, in order to prove the validity of the system layout simulation, set up of1:1test model according to arrangement of heating system structures. Study the heatdissipation characteristics through the determination of the heating uniformity, heatdissipation system characteristic equation, compartment cover surface temperature.Provide certain reference data for the research of this type of cooling system.
