Research On Spatial Strategy Of Dalian Multimodal Transport Development Under Land Spatial Planning

Dalian is an important port city in China and the main gateway of international trade in Northeast China.Building the city into an international shipping center in Northeast Asia is one of the main goals of Dalian’s development.Due to factors such as physical geography,history and politics,sea-rail intermodal transport is the focus of Dalian’s multimodal transport system and maintains a high level of development.In recent years,with the strategic deployment of the national "the belt and road initiative" and the promotion of the revitalization movement of the old industrial bases in Northeast China,Dalian’s multimodal transport system is moving towards a more diversified direction.In the subsequent process of multimodal transport volume construction,planners need to think about how to understand the spatial attributes of logistics industry and how to carry out the spatial planning of logistics facilities to carry the will of logistics development planning.Under this background,the space problem of multimodal transport infrastructure needs to be discussed more.Based on the idea of land spatial planning-economic spatialization,this paper studies the spatial problems of Dalian multimodal transport facilities and considers the construction and development of Dalian multimodal transport system on the basis of relevant research and practical cases at home and abroad.On the basis of sorting out the present space facilities,this paper discusses the future construction direction of multimodal transport system,which has certain reference significance for the logistics topic of Dalian’s land and space planning.This paper studies and discusses the re-understanding of logistics infrastructure by urban planners and the influence of land spatial planning practice on the development space of multimodal transport,and analyzes the development environment of Dalian’s current multimodal transport from the perspective of policy and economy,and explores the new opportunities brought by "the belt and road initiative" to Dalian’s multimodal transport development.On the one hand,it focuses on the urban areas,investigates the general layout of Dalian multimodal transport infrastructure from four aspects: land system,port,airport and logistics site,focuses on sea-rail intermodal transport,and explores the shortcomings of multimodal transport infrastructure in urban areas.Through the correlation analysis between the evolution of logistics site area and urban economy,the characteristics of Dalian logistics industry are analyzed.On the other hand,observe the city,sort out the current situation of logistics nodes and port system construction under construction,and focus on the spatial scale prediction of airport logistics park.By superimposing the "points" and "lines" of city multimodal transport,this paper analyzes the spatial pattern of city multimodal transport system.Through comprehensive investigation and analysis,the spatial strategic suggestions and future development exploration of Dalian multimodal transport development are finally given.Studying the spatial problems of Dalian multimodal transport development has certain reference significance for the logistics project of Dalian land spatial planning.
